Frequently Asked Questions

  • There are no returns with exceptions for items that arrive damaged. Please email photos to contact@brwnandblu.com so that we can assist you with an exchange or instruct you to file a claim with the carrier.

  • We don't do cancellations once the order is processed. If you need to update a mailing address or alert us of an order issue please email contact@brwnandblu.com

  • When the order is shipped you will receive a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number please email us.

  • Once the item is marked as shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier. If your item is lost or stolen, notify the carrier and file a claim.
